Tiny Home Information

Most current tiny house information.

Brevard County has created an ordinance allowing legal, permanent tiny house living. This ordinance was adopted in December of last year and our property is one of the places you can live legally. We are located conveniently between Cocoa beach, Veira, and Orlando, yet you will feel out in the country when home, but have only a 10 min drive to anything you want or need.

Our lots are on the larger side at 5005 square feet, 55×91. We do have lots for rent and will soon have lots for sale. We have yet to establish the exact lot rent or market value for sale although we have had three cash lot sales currently that have sold for 35,000 each. Lot rent will probably be 650.00 per month. This includes your electric hook up and water/sewer hookup. We do not pay for your monthly utilities.


However, we have yet to finalize those figures. Lot rent will require security deposits, an annual lease at a minimum, a background check, and references. Lot purchase will require a background check. We do not allow anyone that has had drug felonies, domestic violence convictions, or sexual crime charges to reside on our 35 acres.


You would be allowed to fence your yard, and have your dogs. We do have some dog breed restrictions because of insurance liability.


We have two on site community gardens but encourage residents to grow their own food on their lot as well, if they desire. For lot purchases we do have a HOA, however, it encourages personal preferences, sustainable landscaping, and individuality. It is primarily there because of Florida law requirements.


We will soon be a gated community.


In addition, we have a fenced dog park, lake with dock, 15 acres of woods, and plans to build a clubhouse and pool.
